WHAT WE DO

Seidel building design offers a free preliminary meeting on site or in our office to discuss your ideas. We will then design your home to suit your needs, lifestyle, site and budget.

Here is a simple three step process.

  • Meet on site, and/or at our office to discuss your ideas and compile a brief

  • Provide a fee proposal based on that brief for your acceptance

  • Advise a timeline for the completion of the concept design through to council approval

STEP 2

  • Seidel building design will start the design process for your new home

  • We provide easy to read plans with accurate detail. 3D plans are available but optional.

  • Contact us for more information about our design process or follow our projects, recent posts on instagram and facebook

STEP 3

  • Once the concept has been finalised and accepted, submission to Council for approval is the final step.

  • Seidel building design will provide a BASIX, Nathers report, Bush Fire report (when required).

  • Connecting you with engineers, local builders and trades required to build your new home.
